* The Town collects garbage and recycling from most single family homes, and two- through four- family homes. Most apartment buildings and condominiums make arrangements to have collection done by a private hauler. The Town does collect from Flax Mill Hollow, the Landing at Sybil Creek, and Wilcox Estates.
