Transportation Brochure All participants must schedule a
evaluation with Gina prior to
utilizing any of our transportation services. There is
no charge to use our transportation services, however
donations are accepted.
Transportation: Available daily to Canoe
Brook Center for lunch, activities, and trips. Call the
transportation office at 315-0681 a day in advance to
reserve a ride.

Branford, Guilford, New Haven, and the VA. Appointment
times must be between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00
p.m. The last return ride is 2:30 pm and all cars are off the road by 3:00 p.m.
All riders are advised to have an alternate means of
transportation in the event they are not ready for a
return ride by 2:30 pm. A five day
advance notice of appointments is advised; at times we
are filled to capacity so the sooner you reserve your
ride the more likely it is we can accommodate your
request. For the safety of all, transportation services
may be cancelled due to inclement weather; passengers
have the option to reschedule their appointment or
utilize their back-up source of transportation.

social, educational, recreational, and cultural programs
designed for today's Senior. Pre-registration is
required for all activities and classes. Contact Nancy

donation of $ 3.00 (donation is requested at time of
