Congratulations to “Maddy” Rowland, winner of Branford’s 2019 “Top Dog” contest!
Maddy’s name was drawn at random from the 500 families who licensed their dogs in the month of June. She is enjoying the prestige of wearing tag #1 for the year, and scored a big bag of toys and goodies.
