In response to Governor Lamont's Executive Order 7MM, the Town of Branford has created a process to allow for the expedited review of Outdoor Dining in support of our restaurants and food service establishments.
The Town of Branford has created a Temporary Outdoor Dining Certificate Application outdoor dining not previously approved and a Temporary Encroachment Application for outdoor activities on public throughways. Also available is an Existing Outdoor Dining Reopening Application and Checklist from East Shore Health Department.
