You will lead the town’s efforts to administer and enforce the zoning regulations, perform inspections and investigate complaints related to zoning regulations, educate permit applicants on the process and procedures for correct zoning regulations, works with other Town Departments as part of the team which helps grow and develop the Town’s planning and development needs and regularly attends Zoning Board or Appeals and attends Planning and Zoning Commission meetings as needed. Will have additional staffing resources available to assist with your assignments. Very congenial and professional team environment.
