Branford Point Dock Area to be Closed for Seawall Repairs
The Town of Branford Engineering Department has received bids for the repair of the partially failed seawall at Branford Point. Loureiro Construction, Inc was awarded the contract, and construction is expected to begin on or around April 1st, 2021. The Contractor is allowed 120 days to complete the work. In an effort to advance the schedule, the Branford Point parking area, wharf, and sidewalks south of the circle will be closed to the general public for the use of the contractor. Parking at Parker Memorial Park will remain open for access to the park and beach areas.
