Special Voter Registration Session to be held at Branford High School

Annual Canvass of Branford Voters

The Branford Registrar of Voters office announces that they are holding a Special Voter Registration Session for the High School students at Branford High School on Tuesday March 3, 2020. The Registrars will be at the High School from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the dining commons. Students may also sign up to work at the April 28th Presidential Preference Primary. Any United States citizen who has attained the age of seventeen years and will turn eighteen by Election Day November 3, 2020, and who is a bona fide resident of the Town of Branford, is eligible to register to vote in Branford. Seventeen year olds can vote in a Primary if they will be 18 by the November Election.

The Registrars Office is conducting the Annual Canvass of Voters for the Town of Branford to have the voter registration list updated for this current year. If a voter receives a notice of confirmation of voting residence the voter must return the notice signed and inform the Registrars of the correct address in order to remain on the voting list.
