Request for Qualifications
Redevelopment of 1111 Main Street & 11 Cherry Hill Road
The Town of Branford is releasing a Request for Qualifications seeking professional real estate development project teams to purchase and redevelopment two sites town-owned sites. Site 1-1111 Main Street and Site 2-11 Cherry Hill Road. Specifications may be obtained from the Finance Department, Branford Town Hall, 1019 Main Street, Branford, CT or on the Town’s website at www.branford-ct.gov.
Request for Qualifications/Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Redevelopment of 1111 Main Street & 11 Cherry Hill Road to the Finance Department, Attention, Purchasing Clerk, 1019 Main Street, Branford, CT 06405 by 4:30 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2025. No RFPs will be accepted after that date and time.
Responding project teams will be evaluated based on their qualifications and proposal. The Town of Branford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, or to waive defects in same, or to accept any proposal, or part thereof, deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Branford.
