To sign document using Adobe Reader with the file open in Adobe Reader > click on the ink pen icon (labeled sign). Create your signature then drag it to the signature line at bottom of form.
To sign document using Foxit Phantom with the file open in Foxit > click on Protect > PDF Sign .Create your signature then drag it to the signature line at bottom of form.
Pictures will NOT be accepted.
Completed applications and supporting documentation may also be dropped off in person to the Town Hall vestibule mailbox.
